Outplay 2009, the Outdoor Game Creation Tournament, is a celebration of fun and creativity. The vision behind this free tournament is to let the public experience the thrilling process of game creation. At the event, participants are divided into teams and receive a random set of rules and props that they use while inventing outdoor games. Next, all teams play the newly created games against other teams.
